Where shall I send my samples for testing?
After you have confirmed a testing order, the testing lab of your choice shall provide you with the shipping address. Never send samples to a lab without placing a testing order first. Do not send samples to the testxchange office either.

Testing labs registered on testxchange acquire additional orders via the platform. In return, they pay testxchange either a commission on those orders or a flat subscription fee. Users of the optional testxchange PRO upgrade also pay testxchange a fee, either once, monthly or annually.
