Where shall I send my samples for testing?
After you have confirmed a testing order, the testing lab of your choice shall provide you with the shipping address. Never send samples to a lab without placing a testing order first. Do not send samples to the testxchange office either.

Using the testxchange dashboard, you will be in direct communication with one or several testing labs. We recommend to exchange your written communication via the dashboard as much as possible, since it will allow you and your colleagues to understand the project quickly and easily later. Payment terms depend on the individual lab offer. Currently customers pay the labs directly.

Testing labs registered on testxchange acquire additional orders via the platform. In return, they pay testxchange either a commission on those orders or a flat subscription fee. Users of the optional testxchange PRO upgrade also pay testxchange a fee, either once, monthly or annually.
