Our service is free of charge for you, the customer. If you mandate a laboratory via testxchange, the lab pays a small commission to testxchange after the fulfilment of the request.
testxchange assures confidentiality and the secure processing of your data: our webpage is encrypted with SSL, and your personal contact information is only transmitted to our partner laboratories which have agreed to our terms & conditions and privacy guidelines.
First you submit the requirements for your testing project via our online form. In this form, you will provide us with details of the test, the object to be tested, the test’s organizational priorities as well as any files containing the test specification. Then our experts review your request and contact appropriate labs from our international testxchange lab database. These labs will then contact you within several hours or few days. Then you can discuss any details directly with the labs, manage all your offers and finally mandate your selected laboratory.
With the registration on testxchange you receive a personal area to manage all of your requests. This provides you with an overview of the status of your requests, the option to communicate with labs and compare their offers. If needed, you can also edit the details of your requests or cancel them.
A very large selection of labs which offer industrial testing. We have access to the international testxchange lab database which has the details of 10,000 laboratories all over Europe and beyond. Included are e.g. all DAkkS accredited labs in Germany, the majority of industrial labs in the UK and France and a large number of labs in Eastern Europe. For most of the labs we have current data of their supported tests, available machines and capacity. On this basis, we can ensure a high rate of success in the process of finding and mandating appropriate labs.
You can upload documents specifying further requirements of the request in your testxchange login area after the initial submission of the request. These will then be passed on to the laboratory. There you can provide details about the preferred test, the object to be tested or other specifications.
