Ratings in lab profiles
Some time after your lab has been handling requests on testxchange, a rating (1 to 5 stars) may appear in your lab profile. In order to improve your labs’ rating, it is recommended to pay attention to the following factors:
- Always respond within 24 hours after receiving a request (either reply or decline). By default, you are notified about new requests via email by testxchange.
- Always submit your offers and invoices through the testxchange platform.
- Always set the project status to “Completed” as soon as a testing project has been completed.
- Optimize your lab profile with great images, a description text in German and English, your logo and as much information on your testing scope as possible.
